Contracts Manager (Rail / Metro):
Contracts Manager required for one of Ireland’s leading Tier 1 Main Building Contractors. Our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their Rail / Metro division, working on a major long-term infrastructure programme based in Dublin. This is a key role within a high-performing team delivering complex and large-scale transportation projects. The successful Contracts Manager will oversee multiple project packages, ensure key project targets are achieved, manage subcontractor performance, and provide progress and financial reports. You will attend senior management meetings and report directly to a company director.
Requirements:
• Must be degree qualified (Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent)
• 15+ years’ experience working with main contractors in Ireland or the UK
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Contracts Manager, ideally on civil or rail infrastructure projects
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects valued above €20 million
• Excellent leadership, commercial, and problem-solving skills
• Must speak fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland
Package:
• Basic salary circa €110K – €130K
• Company vehicle / Travel allowance
