An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading, well-established main contractor. This is a North Dublin–based role overseeing multiple high-profile commercial and residential projects. The company has a strong pipeline of secured work and offers long-term career progression within a dynamic and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- Manage project teams, site managers, and subcontractors to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project performance, progress, and risk, and implement mitigation strategies as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to project teams.
Requirements:
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role with a main contractor.
- Proven experience managing multiple commercial or residential projects simultaneously.
- Strong commercial awareness and contract administration skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
- Full driving licence required.
