Contracts Manager – Frankfurt
We are recruiting for a Contracts Manager based in Frankfurt, Germany. The successful candidates will oversee project delivery from pre-construction through to handover. You will manage multiple contracts, lead project teams and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and completion of projects in line with contract requirements
- Review contract documents, specifications, and scope to ensure full project understanding
- As Contracts Manager, you will manage schedules, resource allocation, and sequencing of works
- Oversee variations, change orders and claims, including timely submission and documentation
- Monitor project progress, performance, and productivity, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Manage subcontractor relationships and performance
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager in Mechanical Engineering
- This Contracts Manager will need a strong understanding of construction contracts, regulations, and industry standards
- Qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn client platforms
