A well-established mid-size main contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team in Dublin. This is a key role managing contractual, commercial, and procurement aspects of a major construction project, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and value delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all contract administration and commercial management activities on-site and off-site.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier agreements.
- Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
- Provide guidance to project teams on contract interpretation and risk management.
- Lead claims management and resolve commercial disputes efficiently.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders on contractual matters.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and commercial management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management, quantity surveying, or related discipline.
- Experience managing mid-to-large scale projects is preferred.
