Contracts Manager (Residential)
Contracts Manager required for a leading Main Contractor to look after a large scale apartment project in North Dublin.
Role & Duties:
- Oversee delivery of project, ensuring time, budget, quality, and commercial targets are met.
- Build and manage project teams, fostering a positive work environment to retain talent.
- Plan, update, and track schedules; coordinate site and project managers for alignment.
- Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
- Manage cost and value procedures, providing accurate commercial reports to leadership.
- Lead on contractual matters – documentation, change management, issue resolution, & compliance.
- Identify underperforming projects, implement corrective actions, and give operational feedback.
- Champion cost savings and process optimisation across projects.
- Ensure projects meet company standards for presentation, brand, and compliance.
- Work with Directors to mitigate risks, resolve challenges, & support business growth.
Requirements:
- 3rd Level Degree or Trades Qualified
- Over 6 years of experience with main building contractors in Ireland or the UK.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously or large-scale projects.
Package:
- Salary €120k-€125k neg DOE
