A leading Tier 1 main building contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee large-scale projects in Dublin. This role will involve managing the commercial and contractual aspects of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Manage contracts from initiation through to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met.
- Oversee project budgets, cost control, and financial management.
- Negotiate, administer, and review contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Resolve contractual issues and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct progress meetings with clients, stakeholders, and teams.
- Ensure all documentation and contractual obligations are met and maintained.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Contracts Manager with a Tier 1 contractor.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts (NEC, JCT, FIDIC).
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.
- Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Salary & Benefits:
- €100,000 – €120,000 based on experience.
