Contracts Manager
Contracts Manager required for a Tier 1 Main Contractor to look after a variety of Pharmaceutical projects, Residential and Commercial projects in the Cork Region.
Duties:
- The successful Contracts Manager will oversee the successful completion of multiple construction projects, taking full responsibility.
- Establish and maintain systems to monitor, review, and control budgeted or agreed-upon expenditures.
- Implement the Company’s Cost & Value Management procedures, ensuring all necessary commercial reports are produced accurately and promptly for senior management.
- Collaborate closely with Directors and Site Managers to support and recommend strategies, identify potential risks or issues, and find suitable resolutions.
- Contracts Manager will prepare and distribute monthly progress reports for Senior Management.
Requirements:
- 3rd Level Degree / Trade Qualified
- Over 7 years of experience with main building contractors in Ireland or the UK.
- 3+ years experience in a Senior Project Manager / Contracts Manager role
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Currently working in a multi-project contracts manager role.
Package:
- Basic salary €100k -€110k DOE
