Exciting opportunity for a Contracts Director to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor based in Cork. With a mixture of residential, commercial, and school projects nationwide, this role offers a unique chance to lead and oversee a diverse portfolio of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Contracts team.
- Oversee the successful delivery of residential, commercial, and school projects.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Monitor project performance and implement improvement strategies as needed.
- Manage risk across all projects.
- Mentor and develop team members.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Director or similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Irish or UK Experience working on large scale projects.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Package:
- €150k – €160k + DOE
- Company vehicle and fuel card.
- Pension contribution.
