Construction Project Manager (Modular)
Construction Project Manager required for a leading Main Building Contractor to oversee multiple extensions and new build projects mainly in South Kildare and other parts of the greater Dublin region. Our client has a strong pipeline of upcoming projects in both the public and private sectors throughout Dublin and have experience in commercial, industrial, hotel & leisure, educational, residential, and healthcare projects. With a significant workload on the horizon, this opportunity is tailored for a Project Manager seeking a diverse portfolio rather than being confined to a single project.
Role:
- Assume complete accountability for the successful delivery of multiple projects.
- Manage projects throughout all stages, from specification development and procurement to design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Report to the Contracts Manager
- You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed to cost, programme, quality and safety standards.
- Liaise with the Design Team, sitting in/chairing meetings, raising RFI’s, reviewing and assembling Technical Submissions, etc.
Requirements:
- Degree Qualified.
- Minimum 7 years’ main contractor experience in UK or Ireland.
- Experience of coordination of shop drawings, interfacing with Design Teams / Clients, Reporting to a CM, scheduling / programming.
- Proficient in MS Office, CAD.
Package:
- Circa €90,000 – €100,000 (DOE)
