Construction Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to work on a residential project in Wicklow with a well-established and highly reputable Mid-sized Main Building Contractor. The successful Senior Project Manager will ideally be experienced in Irish residential construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Full accountability for project delivery from start to finish.
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including specification development, procurement, design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Coordinate with the design team, subcontractors, utility providers, adjoining property owners, and local authorities to ensure seamless project progress.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as commercial, finance, and technical departments to meet project milestones and financial targets.
- Oversee the full snagging, de-snagging, and lock-up protocols are completed for all internal fit-out works through to final build completion.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in a relevant field.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager on large building projects in Ireland or the UK
- Minimum 7 years of experience with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK.

- Competitive salary: €100k- 110k
