A Tier 1 construction company is looking for an experienced Construction Planner to join their team in Dublin. This is a great opportunity to work on large-scale housing and apartment projects with a leading contractor.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Work with project teams to align plans with deadlines.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Provide progress reports and site assessments.
Requirements:
- Degree in construction or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in construction planning.
- Proficiency in P6, Asta, or Microsoft Project.
- Experience with Earned Value Methodology and NEC contracts.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Salary Package:
