Our client, a leading engineering contractor, is looking for an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join their team on a major Data Centre project in Sweden.. The successful candidate will work closely with the Electrical Project Manager, ensuring the successful execution of all electrical works.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Electrical Engineers, Supervisors, and Subcontractors.
- Oversee project planning, coordination, and reporting for all electrical construction activities.
- Ensure high-quality electrical installations while maintaining strict compliance with safety and project requirements.
- Manage QA/QC processes alongside the project’s QA Manager.
- Liaise with design consultants and contractors to drive project success.
- Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain budget control and drive project profitability.
- Oversee commissioning and final project handover.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a relevant trade qualification.
- 6+ years of experience as an Electrical Construction Manager.
- Previous experience with an M&E contractor in Ireland or the UK.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to deliver projects within tight deadlines.
- Excellent commercial awareness and client-facing experience.
- Full understanding of the design and construction lifecycle.
- Experience on Data Centre projects is a plus.
