Our client is currently seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to join them on a high-profile project outside Cork city. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a significant development, with long-term work available upon project completion.
The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day site operations, with a strong focus on reinforced concrete frame structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site activities, with particular attention to RC frame works including foundations, vertical/horizontal elements, slabs, and cores.
- Supervise direct labour, trades, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery of the works.
- Enforce all Health & Safety protocols in line with statutory and company policies.
- Monitor productivity and work sequencing, reporting regularly to the Project Manager.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman on RC frame projects, ideally up to 5+ storeys.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams and subcontractors.
- Track record of successfully delivering projects on time and to high quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal.
