Commercial Manager (Mainland Europe)

Commercial Manager ideally with at least 2 years’ experience at Commercial Manager level required to join an Irish Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to work on the DC / Pharma side of the business in Mainland Europe.  Our client has established itself in Europe over the past few years and has several additional projects starting in Europe in Q1  and Q2 of 2026.  The successful Commercial Manager will play a key role in the company’s future development, report to the Commercial Director and European Director.  Our client may consider an experienced Senior QS with a good track record in the DC space looking to progress to this level.

Requirements:

• Strong commercial awareness, ideally 2+ years’ experience as a Commercial Manager
• Client facing
• Leadership skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Experience working for a main contractor with a building/industrial/commercial engineering background and experience with various types of contract forms
• Degree qualification in Construction Management, Surveying or Commercial Management
