Role Overview:
As the Commercial Manager, you will be a pivotal player in our organization, overseeing the commercial aspects of our diverse portfolio of projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute commercial strategies that align with organizational goals, maximizing profitability and efficiency across all projects.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets and financial performance, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to optimize outcomes.
- Contract Management: Lead negotiations and management of contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and compliance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, design teams, and senior management to ensure seamless project execution and resource allocation.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on financial performance, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership, supporting informed decision-making.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring open lines of communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycles.
