Civils Supervisor
A leading utilities & infrastructure contractor is seeking a Civils Supervisor to join their team on various projects in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of site crews and ensure works are delivered to the highest safety and quality standards.
Duties:
• Supervise civils teams on-site, ensuring works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and programme requirements.
• Oversee H&S compliance, carrying out regular audits and following up on corrective actions.
• Conduct quality inspections and testing of materials, maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Assist with setting-out and site measurements, working closely with the Project Manager and QS.
• Attend daily site meetings and provide feedback on safety, quality, and progress.
• Coordinate delivery inspections and ensure compliance with contract documentation.
Requirements:
• Relevant third-level qualification in Civil Engineering or similar (desirable).
• Previous experience as a Supervisor on civils projects (1+ years, ideally with a main contractor).
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical documentation (RAMS, risk assessments).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive, positive approach.
Package:
• €80k circa (depending on experience).
• Performance bonus
