A Senior Project Manager required for a Tier 1 Main Contractor to work on a major Civil Infrastructure project. By becoming part of the project leadership in the Clients Civils Team, you will pioneer the implementation of sustainable initiatives. You will continuously expand your knowledge, employ new tools, strategies, and project management methods. Additionally, you’ll play a role in training and supporting your team to ensure successful project delivery.
Role:
- Collaborating with the Regional Director, Assistant Project Manager, QS, and Engineering team closely.
- Overseeing the implementation of the BIM strategy by managing relationships with both direct and indirect staff, including consultants.
- Examining and ensuring the completion of project stages in accordance with the Project Execution Plan (PEP), budget, and operational guidelines, providing monthly progress reports.
- Championing quality delivery for the project’s Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) initiatives, as well as zero emissions goals.
- As the point of contact for the Regional Director, you will oversee essential client and supplier relationships, manage Project Delivery, collaborate with HSEQS teams to ensure compliance with internal and external initiatives, and handle Resource Planning for both staff and the supply chain.

Requirements:
- 10+ years’ project management experience on civil projects
- 10+ years experience managing subcontractors and direct staff.
- Proven track record in handling key stakeholder relationships, encompassing client management, supplier negotiations, staff management, and supply chain planning.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a wealth of experience in preparing and reporting key project information.
Salary:
- Excellent salary circa £90k – £100k
