Finishing Foreman required for a top tier residential developer who are working on a development in West Dublin. The successful Finishing foreman will have worked apartments previously and have experience of leading a team with have a good eye for detail.
Required
- Ideally carpentry background
- Must have worked in a similar capacity for a Main Building Contractor or Developer in Ireland or the UK previously
- Strong communication skills
- Strong IT skills for reports
- Ability to lead a team
- The ability to work to tight deadlines
- Good eye for detail
- Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman
Role
- Attending weekly Management Team meeting for the Construction Team
- They need to have experience with completing apartments
- Must have management experience
- Program
- Holding meetings with sub-contractors
- Knowledge of the building regulations
- Knowledge of the BCAR process
Package:
- Salary circa €70,000 – €80,000
