A leading Civil Contractor based in Omagh is seeking an Intermediate Estimator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career with a well-established contractor, offering fantastic progression potential. You’ll play a key role in estimating across a range of civil engineering projects, working closely with senior team members and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and take-offs.
- Assist in tender submissions and cost planning.
- Monitor project costs and track variations during construction.
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Provide support to senior estimators and take on additional responsibilities as you develop.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in civil engineering or construction estimating.
- Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- A relevant degree or qualification (desirable).
- Strong communication and team-working abilities.
