We are currently recruiting a Civil Supervisor to work for one of Europe’s leading contractors on a Data Centre project in Helsinki, Finland. You will be reporting directly into the sites CSA Lead.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Civil work packages, manage site safety and QA with respective teams, and oversee daily site operations and documentation.
- Manage Project Schedule with planners, project managers, subcontractors, and consulting engineers/architects to ensure client requirements are met, while supporting project cost tracking with the QSs.
- Oversee subcontractor activities, track progress, manpower levels, and conduct subcontractor meetings.
- Attend various site meetings and reviews, support project closeout tasks, and ensure proper change management (Cost & Programme).
- Hold weekly commercial meetings to capture and process variations, review drawings, and manage the distribution and closeout of CSA snags
Requirements
- BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering or relevant trade qualification.
- 5 years+ experience in a similar role.
- Experience supervising civil teams.
- Experience working on Data Centre projects would be beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- IT Skills – Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
