A successful architectural, engineering consultancy in Roscommon have a new opportunity for a highly experience Civil Engineer to join the team.
They currently have range of medium and largescale residential developments at various stage of development and seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to work alongside the multidisciplinary team.
The ideal Civil Engineer with have a successful background in Engineering or Architectural along with proven success managing medium/largescale developments from inception through to completion, in line with current industry regulations. They will oversee projects ensuring budgets, timescales and client’s specifications are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects from design through to completion, managing deadlines and budgets
- Responsible for the Civil Design of various projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring expectations are met
- Assist in the preparation of tender drawings, specifications, and budgets
- Analyse project budgets and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
- Assist the team in preparing construction drawings and specifications
- Ensure projects adhere to Irish Building Regulations and Energy Efficiency standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while liaising with internal teams, contractors and other stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management or related field
- Over 8 years Project Management experience
- Proven success delivering medium and largescale projects in line with current building regulations
- Strong IT proficiency including experience in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients
- Full licence with access to car
- MUST hold full eligibility to work in Ireland
