Senior Cad Technician / BIM Modeller (Kildare):
Role:
- Our client is a civil and structural engineering consultancy, seeking to hire a Senior Cad Technician / BIM Modeller to join their office in Kildare.
- This role will suit an experienced CAD/BIM technician with +10 years experience employed within an engineering consultancy in Ireland.
- Projects include a huge range of residential, high rise apartments, mixed use, education, retail and commercial developments ranging in value from €10m – €300m.
Requirements:
- Must have excellent knowledge and experience of CAD drawing and REVIT modelling and detailing for major projects (>€10mil) – commercial, residential, hotels, healthcare, educational etc.
- Ability to work on own initiative and to communicate and interact with other design team members to coordinate work.
- CADS RC experience would be useful, but not essential.
- Ability to produce civil infrastructural drawings associated with structural projects (i.e. engineering drainage, roads site plans etc.).
Salary:
- Basic Salary €45k – €55k+ doe
- Discretionary bonus (circa 5-10%)
- Flexible package available with ability to work partially from home if beneficial.
