Booking and Travel Coordinator
Booking and Travel Coordinator required for a busy Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to work from our client’s South Dublin Head Office. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing travel and accommodation arrangements efficiently and professionally.
Duties:
- Coordinate travel and accommodation requests for employees and executives, ensuring schedules align with project requirements.
- Arrange travel, including flights, rental cars, and hotel bookings, while liaising with landlords or estate agents for longer stays.
- Maintain detailed records of travel arrangements, spreadsheets, and calendars.
- Work closely with travel providers to manage bookings, changes, or cancellations.
- Generate accurate monthly reports for the payroll team.
- Occasionally cover reception duties as needed.
Required:
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
- Proven experience in a travel coordination or similar role.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously, including flights, hotels, and long-term accommodations.
- A proactive, team-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with travel booking software or systems
- Awareness of international travel regulations, customs, and currency processes.
