BMS Package Manager (Data Centre)
BMS Package Manager required to work for one of Europe’s leading Tier 1 Main Contractors on a large Data Centre project in North Dublin. The successful BMS Package Manager oversee the delivery, coordination, and commissioning of BMS and EPMS systems on a major data centre project, through to final handover.

Responsibilities:
- Manage BMS/EPMS package from installation through commissioning.
- Lead coordination workshops between design team and BMS vendor.
- Attend daily site meetings and DABs.
- Act as main point of contact for vendors and resolve on-site issues.
- Review drawings, RFIs, and technical submittals.
- Coordinate third-party vendors to maintain commissioning schedule.
- Participate in commissioning, client, and vendor meetings.
- Review L3 testing outputs and system performance.
- Carry out QA/QC inspections of completed works.
- Manage commissioning documentation and track progress via Cx portal.
Requirements
- Degree or background in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or Controls Engineering.
- Experience with BMS/EPMS systems on large-scale or data centre projects.
- Strong knowledge of building automation and system commissioning.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manage vendor coordination.
- 4 years+ experience in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- IT Skills – Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
