BMS Engineer (Milan)
We’re looking for a BMS Engineer to drive the technical delivery of a major construction project. This role is with a Tier 1 M&E Contractor and is based in Milan. You’ll coordinate designs, support installation activities and help bring systems through to successful commissioning maintaining quality, safety and smooth project flow throughout.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all design documents and drawings.
- Support project handover, planning, and value-engineering reviews.
- Produce coordinated M&E/architectural/structural drawings.
- Review specifications and ensure design and submittal compliance.
- As BMS Engineer you will contribute to weekly progress reporting and documentation control.
- Manage RFIs and resolve technical queries with the design team.
Requirements
- This BMS Engineer will need a degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 4+ years’ project engineering experience with building services/mechanical contractors.
- Proven delivery on commercial, industrial, or data-centre projects.
- Ability to walk down systems and verify technical compliance.
- Skilled in technical submittals, reviews, and coordination.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor junior engineers.
Salary
- Salary €50,000 – €60,000 DOE.
- Generous living away allowance provided by the company
