BIM Modeler
I am recruiting for a BIM Modeler to support the delivery of a large-scale international construction project. Based in Dublin with site visits, the role involves producing and coordinating high-quality BIM models for mechanical building services, working closely with engineering, BIM, and site teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and fully coordinated models from construction through to handover.

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed mechanical BIM models, including HVAC, pipework, fire protection, supports, and builders’ works
- This BIM Modeler will need to interpret mechanical drawings and specifications to accurately model systems
- Coordinate mechanical models with architectural, structural, electrical, and process disciplines
- Carry out clash detection and support efficient resolution using Navisworks or similar tools
- Ensure compliance with the BIM Execution Plan, BIM standards, and required Levels of Detail
- Produce model data, schedules, and quantities to support procurement and construction
- Maintain model quality, parameters, and asset information
Requirements
- Qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, BIM, or a related discipline
- A minimum 5 years’ experience in a BIM Modeler role
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services systems
- High proficiency in Revit (Mechanical) and Navisworks
- Experience delivering coordinated BIM models on live construction projects
- Background in large commercial, industrial, data centre, or pharmaceutical projects
