They are seeking to appoint a Senior level BIM Manager from an architectural background with the expertise to lead this evolution. With a strong background in BIM management and a forward-looking approach to AI in design, they will drive the digital design strategy, champion innovation, and assist in transforming how they deliver architecture in an ever-changing world.
The successful BIM Manager will work with the Directors to futureproof their digital capabilities and evolve the BIM strategy across all projects.
Desired experience:
- 10+ years’ experience in BIM management (architecture preferred)
- Expert in Revit, Navisworks and digital workflows
- Familiar with AI in design
- Excellent communication, leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Provide training, mentorship and technical support to the team
- Strong technical skills
- Full understanding of current building regulations and industry standards
- MUST hold full eligibility to work in Ireland
Salary & Benefits include:
