BIM Coordinator
We are recruiting for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join a digital engineering team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing BIM processes across multiple M&E projects, ensuring accurate coordination, model integrity, and compliance with company and client BIM standards. This role will be based in Galway.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate mechanical and electrical (M&E) models across disciplines to achieve clash-free, fully integrated designs.
- Develop, manage, and maintain 3D models using Revit, Plant 3D, and Navisworks (or similar software).
- Produce coordinated installation drawings, fabrication models, and as-built documentation.
- Implement and support BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and company BIM protocols.
- Conduct model reviews and clash detection, preparing reports and tracking issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with design consultants, main contractors, and site teams to ensure design intent and buildability.
- Maintain accurate model data in compliance with ISO 19650 and client-specific requirements.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in BIM coordination within an M&E contracting or design environment.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.
- Experience with Autodesk Plant 3D is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with BIM 360 / ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) or similar CDE platforms.
