Our client is seeking a BIM Coordinator with strong Revit skills to join their Dublin-based team. The successful candidate will have the ability to take mark-ups from engineers and model them accurately in Revit, contributing across multiple disciplines.

Requirements:
- Degree (BEng) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (essential).
- 2–3 years’ post-graduate experience within building services / M&E consultancy.
- 2–3 years’ hands-on Revit experience and ability to work independently without heavy supervision.
- Strong understanding of M&E building services across HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
- Based in Ireland, with full eligibility to work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate 3D Revit models based on engineers’ mark-ups.
- Ensure designs are accurate, clash-free, and compliant with building codes and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects to tight deadlines.
- Produce high-quality drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Support the team in project delivery across a variety of commercial, residential, and specialist projects.
