Exciting opportunity for an experienced CAD/BIM Technician in Cork!
An excellent opportunity has opened for a CAD/BIM Technician to join a respected, multidisciplinary consultancy delivering impactful civil, structural, architectural, environmental and project management solutions across Ireland and the UK.
Projects:
- Water & wastewater infrastructure
- Healthcare and education developments
- Civil and site development schemes
- Structural and RC projects
- Local authority and public-sector works
- Residential masterplans and regeneration projects
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years’ experience in a CAD/BIM Technician role within civil, structural or multidisciplinary environments.
- Strong software capability: Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, RebarCAD, CADS RC, BIM360, Trimble Connect, and experience with Revit Structure / Navisworks.
- Experience modelling RC and steel structures, producing clear shop drawings and fabrication-ready details.
- Ability to interpret engineering, architectural and MEP drawings accurately.
- Knowledge of industry standards such as Eurocodes, BS, ACI, ASTM, AISC, CRSI or CSA.
- Strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset and the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary & Benefits:
