One of Ireland’s leading multidisciplinary consultancies are seeking to recruit a Bid Coordinator to join the growing team. They are a renowned consultancy who offer a creative environment that encourages growth, teamwork, while ensuring a positive work life balance.
They have a new opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to support the management team and ensure the efficient administration of bids, proposals, documentation and related presentations are delivered within specified timeframes.
The Bid Coordinator will ideally have a background in architecture, engineering or construction who can work in a fast-paced environment where exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and compile input from senior staff – CVs, case studies, project methodologies, and metrics
- Coordinate, maintain, and update bid documents and manage bid submissions, ensuring all documentation is prepared, formatted, and submitted in line with company requirements and record outcomes
- Design and produce visually compelling presentations, using AI platforms to enhance visual content and streamline proposal generation for private and public sector work
- Work cross-functionally with various departments, ensuring a seamless process from bid development to final submission
- Participate in site visits and feasibility assessments as needed
- Identify relevant technical or regulatory considerations for tenders
Desired skills include:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the design, construction, multidisciplinary or engineering industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva etc
- Ability to create and deliver presentations, and coordinating tender and compile documentation within specified timeframes
- Experience with public sector bids or tender writing is highly desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and work collaboratively with both internal teams across the company
- Self motivated, attention to detail, proactive and problem-solving mindset are desired attributes
- Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland
