A growing multidisciplinary company conveniently located outside Dublin city, are seeking to recruit several experienced Architectural Technologists to the growing due to an increase in projects.
The ideal Architectural Technologists must be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, have experience working on projects post planning stages and be familiar with Irish building regulations. Their current project portfolio spans across a range of residential developments of varying scales throughout Ireland.
The successful Architectural Technologists will join a busy office with a team of Architects, Architectural Technologists, Engineers and Project Managers delivering a range of exciting projects across the country.
Conveniently located close to LUAS, M50 and various bus routes.
Requirements:
- Educational qualification in Architectural Technology is essential
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience within a design office or multidisciplinary office
- Residential project work is highly desired
- The ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical understanding who can competently produce construction detailing
- Previous experience working with current building and planning regulation regulations
- Full proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full driving licence to conduct site visits is preferred
- Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland
