Architectural Technologists – (Junior & Senior level opportunities)
A growing architectural and engineering studio conveniently located outside Dublin city, are seeking to recruit experienced intermediate and senior level Architectural Technologists due to an increase in projects.
The ideal Architectural Technologists will be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, have experience working on projects post planning and be familiar with Irish building regulations. Their current project portfolio spans across a range of residential developments of varying scales throughout Ireland.
The successful Architectural Technologists will join a busy multidisciplinary office with a team of over 20 Architects, Architectural Technologists, Engineers and Project Managers delivering exciting projects across the country.
Conveniently located close to LUAS, M50 and various bus routes.
Requirements:
- Educational qualification in Architectural Technology is essential
- A minimum of 2 years’ post qualification experience within a design office or multidisciplinary office
- Project experience should include a range of residential or mixed-used developments
- Previous experience taking projects from post planning through to completion
- Site experience is desired
- The ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical understanding who can competently produce construction detailing
- Previous experience working with current regulations
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
- Full driving licence to conduct site visits is beneficial
- Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland
