A busy multidisciplinary office in north Dublin have immediate vacancies for experienced architectural professionals to join the team. They are ideally looking to recruit qualified Architectural Technologists with a minimum of 2 years professional experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit and a good work knowledge of current building and planning regulations.
They will join a team of over 40 staff across Architects, Architectural Technologists, Engineers and Construction and work on a project typologies of varying scales across Ireland. They will have the opportunity to work on projects at tender and construction stages, managing stakeholders, workflow and liaising with contractors etc.
Architectural Technologists possessing strong construction drawing competencies are highly desired.
Desired experience:
- Educational qualification in Architectural Technology
- Previous project across commercial, educational or residential developments
- Excellent knowledge of all current industry standards and regulations
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Keen eye for detail
- The ability to work well as a team and on your own initiative
- Experience working on project during construction stage is beneficial
- AutoCAD essential and Revit skills advantageous
- Competently produce planning applications, tender and construction packs
