A small architectural practice in South Dublin has a new opportunity for an Architectural Technologist OR Graduate Architect with a min of 2 years experience to join the team. The successful Architectural professional will join a close-knit team and initially work on a range of retail projects using ArchiCAD. Other projects within their portfolio include commercial, leisure and conservation developments.
The Architectural Technologist will join a small team and assist in taking various retail projects from initial planning through to construction stages of development.
The ideal Architectural Technologist must have some experience in Ireland and be familiar with current industry regulations, possess strong detailing skills, good technical knowledge along with good communication skills.
Job Requirements:
- A qualified Architectural Technologist or Graduate Architect
- Ideally have a minimum of 2 years post graduate experience
- Good understanding and knowledge of the current Irish Building Regulations
- Strong technical skills and understanding
- Highly motivated with good communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD is essential
- Previous project experience should include commercial or retail developments
- Team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Salary:
- €35k-€45k
