An industry-leading and award winning architectural studio in Dublin city is seeking to recruit a qualified Architectural Technologist with strong Revit skills to join the team.
They are currently working on a variety of projects, including medium/largescale residential, retail, commercial, fit outs, mixed-use and leisure developments, spanning planning, tender, and construction phases.
This position is ideal for an experienced Architectural Technologist with strong technical understanding, a thorough knowledge of current industry regulations, and good proficiency in both Revit.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Architectural Technologist with 3 years+ experience
- Proven track record working as part of a team on medium to large-scale projects from design development to construction stages
- Experience with medium/high-density residential, commercial, or fit-out projects is desired
- Excellent technical understanding
- In-depth knowledge of current building regulations
- Proficiency in Revit is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland
Salary & Benefits:
- €45,000 – €60,000 per annum, depending on experience
