A busy and well‑established architectural and engineering consultancy in Dublin is expanding and now seeking qualified Architectural Technologists to join their growing team.
The successful Architectural Technologist will work across a range of residential and mixed-use projects throughout Leinster taking schemes from post‑planning through to on site completion – using Revit / CAD.
The office is easily accessible, with on‑site parking and close proximity to the LUAS, M50 and multiple bus routes.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Residential and mixed‑use developments at post‑planning, construction and completion stages
- Technical design, detailing and coordination with internal teams and external consultants
- Site visits and inspections (full driving licence preferred)
- Producing high‑quality drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
- Ensuring compliance with current Irish building and planning regulations
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Qualification in Architectural Technology
- Ideally 2+ years’ experience in an architectural or multidisciplinary office
- Experience on residential or mixed‑use projects in Ireland or the UK
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction stages
- Familiarity with current building and planning regulations
- Proficiency in Revit / AutoCAD
- Strong communication skills and a self‑motivated approach
- Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential

- €40k-€50k depending on experience
