An award‑winning architecture design studio in Dublin city is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join the team.
They work across a diverse range of projects including residential, commercial, masterplanning, educational, healthcare, urban design and leisure throughout Ireland. Due to newly awarded projects, they are seeking an ambitious Architectural Technologist to join the small team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate layouts and prepare tender and construction documentation for medium / largescale projects using Revit
- Ensure all design work is compliant, technically sound, and buildable
- Adhere to internal quality procedures and project protocols.
- Conduct site visits to provide technical and construction support
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Architectural Technologist with 3 years’+ experience across medium/large‑scale projects
- Compentent producing technical documentation in line with current regulations
- Proficiency in Revit (essential)
- Good understanding of BIM processes
- Solid knowledge of current Irish Building Regulations and Planning requirements
- Previous experience working on projects through construction stages is desired
- Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential
- Full driving licence is desired
