One of Ireland’s award winning architectural design studios is seeking to recruit a skilled and motivated Architectural Technologist to join the team in South Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Architectural Technology, with a particular emphasis on Revit proficiency and a solid understanding of Irish Technical Guidance Documents (TGD’s), along with strong communication and organisational skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Architectural Technology qualified
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of proficiency in Revit
- 2-3 years of experience with current Irish TGD’s
- Experience in multi-residential and housing projects is desired
- Previous experience with timber frame construction is a distinct advantage
- Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team of architects and designers to deliver high-quality architectural solutions across a range of projects
- Utilise Revit software to create detailed architectural drawings and models
- Ensure all designs comply with Irish TGD’s and relevant building regulations
- Contribute to multi-residential and housing projects, providing technical expertise and innovative solutions
- Support the implementation of timber frame construction techniques
