An industry-leading architectural consultancy in Dublin city is seeking to recruit a qualified Architectural Technologist with strong Revit skills to join the team.
They are currently working on a variety of projects, including medium to large-scale residential, retail, mixed-use and leisure developments, spanning planning, tender, and construction phases.
This position is ideal for an experienced Architectural Technologist with strong technical understanding, a thorough knowledge of current industry regulations, previous experience on site and good level of proficiency in Revit.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Architectural Technologist with 3 years+ experience
- Experience with medium/high-density residential, retails or commercial projects is desired
- Excellent technical skills
- In-depth knowledge of current building regulations
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Site experience is desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland
Salary & Benefits:
- €45,000 – €55,000 per annum, depending on experience
