A leading multidisciplinary design consultancy in Dublin who work on projects across residential, industrial, commercial, and high-tech sectors, are seeking qualified Architectural Technologists to join the team.
The Architectural Technologists must hold an Architectural Technology qualification, have 5 years+ experience, some of which must have been gained in Ireland. Full proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD along with good understanding of current building and planning regulations are essential.
Duties include:
- Develop detailed planning, tender, and construction documentation
- Work through all project stages, including on-site coordination
- Ensure compliance with Irish Building and Planning Regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants
- Use Revit and AutoCAD daily to produce high-quality technical drawings
- Bring technical rigour and innovation to design execution
Desired skills & experience
- Qualification in Architectural Technology (essential)
- 5+ years’ architectural technology experience
- Strong Revit & AutoCAD proficiency
- In-depth knowledge of Irish Building and Planning Regulations
- Experience producing full construction drawing packages
- Clear communicator, highly organised, team-focused
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced design environment
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland
Salary & Benefits
- €55,000 – €65,000 (DOE)
