A boutique architectural practice in Dublin City Centre is seeking an experienced and technically strong Architectural Technologist to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative and creative team where your technical input and attention to detail will be highly valued across a wide variety of high-quality design-led residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
You’ll work closely with a tight-knit team of architects and designers, taking a key role in the production of construction and detailing drawings and preparing specifications. You’ll have the opportunity to work on projects from early design through to construction.
They are seeking a qualified, motivated Architectural Technologist with a solid foundation of experience, ideally 3–7 years in an architectural design office.
Key Requirements and Skills:
- BSc. in Architectural Technology (Essential)
- 3+ years of industry experience (ideally in Ireland or the UK)
- Strong technical ability with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (training available)
- Confident in producing construction, tender and detailed drawing packages
- Solid understanding of BC(A)R compliance and on-site coordination
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Experience working on residential, retail, or commercial developments
- Prior site experience and good detailing ability is beneficial
- Team player with a proactive and self-driven attitude for delivering high-quality work
- MUST hold eligibility to work in Ireland
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: €45K–€60K (DOE)
