Ideally suited to Architectural Technologists based in the Midlands interested in reducing commuting time.
Their project portfolio includes a range of medium, largescale and one-off residential and commercial developments including new builds, renovations and refurbishments. Due to newly awarded projects, the are growing the team and have immediately vacancies for experienced Architectural Technologists to work alongside the team of Architects, Engineers, Project Managers and Surveyors.
The ideal Architectural Technologist will have in excess of 3 years’ experience preferable with some residential project experience, delivering project from initial concept stage through to completion.
**A Senior level opportunity is also available for an Architectural Technologist with 8 years+ experience**
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Competently produce drawings for planning, tender and construction stages
- Preparing and developing tender drawings and specifications
- Preparing and developing construction drawings and detailing
- Work collaboratively with the in-house team, clients and on-site contractors
- Ensure project timescales are met and project delivered in accordance to clients specifications
Minimum requirements:
- Hold qualification in Architectural Technology
- Minimum of 2 years of architectural experience with a design studio or multidisciplinary office
- Strong technical skills with full understanding of current Technical Guidance Documents (essential)
- Full proficiency in AutoCAD
- Previous experience working across all stages of project development
- Due to location, access to own transport is beneficial
- Must hold full eligibility to work in Ireland
