A growing architectural and engineering studio conveniently located outside Dublin city is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their team.
The ideal candidate will hold a qualification in Architectural Technology, demonstrate proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and have experience working on projects post-planning. Familiarity with Irish building regulations is essential. The current project portfolio includes a variety of residential developments of different scales across Ireland.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of Architects, Architectural Technologists, Engineers, and Project Managers
- Manage projects from post-planning through to completion
- Produce FSC drawings, DAC drawings, and construction detailing
- Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations
- Conduct site visits as necessary
Requirements:
- Degree in Architectural Technology (essential)
- In excess of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in a design or multidisciplinary office
- Experience with residential or mixed-use developments
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Good knowledge of BCAR
- Site experience is desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
- Full driving licence and own transport is beneficial
- Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland
Location and Accessibility:
- Conveniently located close to LUAS, M50, and various bus routes.
