A qualified and experienced Architectural Technologist is required by a growing architectural practice in Tullamore, Co Offaly.
The ideal Architectural Technologist will have a minimum of 2 years’ industry experience, hold an architectural technology qualification and preferably have some residential or mixed-use project work, along with full familiarity of the current Irish Building and Planning regulations.
This practice is a leading player in the Irish architectural market with a strong project portfolio, they have a great reputation for delivering creative design across all their work. Some of their current projects include a range of medium and large-scale residential and mixed-use developments across Ireland.
The successful Architectural Technologists will be self-motivated and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
The ideal Architectural Technologist will:
- Hold an educational qualification in Architectural Technology (essential)
- Have a minimum of 2 year post graduate experience, with some experience working with current industry regulations
- Previous project experience should include residential or mixed-use developments
- Have a good understanding of current Irish building and planning legislation (essential)
- Site experience is advantageous
- Self-motivated and ambitious
- Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- MUST hold full permission to work in Ireland
