A leading architectural practice with offices across Ireland, have an opportunity for a RIAI / RIBA Architect with circa 3 years’ experience to join the team.
Based in their Dublin city office, the successful Architect will take responsibility for a multiple residential developments taking them from concept design through to planning and construction.
Previous experience delivering residential, mixed-use or commercial projects is highly desired and full understanding on current industry building regulation is essential, as is proficiency in Revit.

Requirements:
- A Registered Architect holding professional membership RIAI / RIBA
- Ideally 3 years’ experience working within architecture, of which some must have been gained in Ireland or the UK
- Strong design and creative skills
- Attention to detail
- Good technical understanding
- Site experience is desired
- Project experience must include some medium-largescale residential developments
- Thorough understanding and experience working within the current planning legislations
- Proficiency in Revit and CAD
- Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills.
