Architect /Project Architect
An RIAI / RIBA Registered Architect with good design skills and technical understanding is urgently required by a city centre architectural design studio.
They are a busy design office with an array of award winning projects and some of their current work includes medium and largescale residential, retail, mixed-use, leisure and civic developments.
They are actively seeking a Registered Architect with in excess of 5 years experience, along with proven success working on medium and largescale residential and retail projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is desired along with Adobe creative suite.

Preferred Requirements:
- An RIAI / RIBA Registered Architect
- Over 5 years architectural experience, some of which must have been gained in Ireland working with the current building regulations
- Strong design and design development skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe creative suite is desired
- Medium-largescale residential, leisure or retail project experience is beneficial
- Experience taking projects from design stage to planning and through to construction
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical skills and a thorough understanding of BCAR
- Must hold full eligibility to work in Ireland
