Architect / Graduate Architect
A small architectural practice in South Dublin have a new opportunity for an Architect or Graduate Architect with good planning and site experience in Ireland to join their practice. The successful Architect will join a close-knit team and have the opportunity to work on a range of retail, commercial, industrial and fit-out projects.
The ideal Architectural professional will join a highly commended practice, who has been at the forefront of Irish Architecture for the past 25 years and have long standing relationships with their clients.
The ideal Graduate Architect / Architect will have at least 3 years recent industry experience and have a good understanding and experience working on projects through planning and construction on site stages.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years post graduate experience
- Good understanding and knowledge of current Building Regulations
- Highly motivated with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or ArchiCAD is preferred
- Experience working on projects through planning is essential
- Previous project experience should include commercial, fit-out or retail developments
- Must have recent site experience in previous industry experience in Ireland
- Team player
- Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland unrestricted
