A growing architectural design studio in South Dublin is seeking a Registered Architect (or a Graduate Architect working towards registration) to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Architect with 4 years+ experience to join a collaborative team and work across a diverse project portfolio including commercial, retail, and residential.
The ideal Architect will have strong technical and design skills, experience taking projects from planning through construction, and a solid understanding of current Irish building regulations.

Desired Skills and Experience:
- RIAI or RIBA membership (or actively working towards registration)
- 4+ years’ post‑qualification experience
- Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and BCAR
- Experience across residential, commercial, retail, or mixed‑use projects
- Proficiency in BIM, ideally ArchiCAD
- Proven planning‑to‑construction project delivery experience
- Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills
- On‑site experience
- Eligibility to work in Ireland – essential
