An award-winning architectural studio in Dublin is hiring an experienced Architect to join their growing, studio based team. With a strong pipeline of medium and large-scale residential, retail, mixed-use, leisure, and civic projects, this is a great opportunity to step into a key role and work alongside a talented team.
The ideal Architect will preferably hold professional registration to RIAI or RIBA (or working towards it), along with 4 years+ post-graduate experience, along with full proficiency in AutoCAD /Revit, along with full understanding of current planning and building regulations. The successful Architect will have the opportunity to initially work residential and mixed-use developments across Ireland — from concept to construction.
Preferred skills & Experience:
- Registered Architect (RIAI / RIBA), or working towards professional registration
- 4+ years’ experience in architecture
- Strong design and technical development skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with medium to large-scale residential, commercial or leisure projects
- Solid understanding of BCAR and building regulations
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Full eligibility to work in Ireland
Salary & benefits include:
- €55k–€65k DOE
